The location of this hotel was tranquil. Had well-appointed and beautifully decorated room complete with great facilities, a new bathroom plus residents' bar. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient, just as I expected.

The room was decent sized & brand-new with a new bathroom, great facilities and the best hair drier.

Overall clean place with delightful view onto well tendered gardens. Very clean restaurant with fantastic food and service.

It was reasonably clean, breakfast was sensational. The staff were very very helpful and the rooms were brand-new. Had tranquil and nice location close to everything. It was a perfect stay on both nights of our stay, 100% recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, the room was nicely furnished with residents' bar, the most comfortable bed plus great facilities.

Came here for 1 night with my husband, had a such great stay. The staff was great plus the location was brilliant. The hotel itself was in a nice area. The service was excellent, I felt welcome.

The room was comfortable and with lovely beds. The staff were outstandingly accommodating during 1 night we stayed there. The location was particularly good and perfect away from the main road. The bus stop was 300 metres away.

We didn't have time, so we would return here. Greatly enjoyed an iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. The location was perfect, close enough to garden, New Forest and the pub.

The service was incredible with parking on site. The location was perfect convenient to Southampton cruise terminal and the staff here was excellent.

The place is absolutely fantastic, met what was needed. Modern, compact unit with the best hair drier, delicious breakfast, for instance. Delightful food plus amazingly attentive and efficient stuff. Ideal, exceptionally nice location in the relaxing area.

Our stay at Le Chateau was amazing! The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, and the staff provided excellent advice and directions. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. The highlight was definitely the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend staying at this lovely and peaceful getaway.
